We are a manufacturer of Polyacrylamides.

We have been the manufacturer of PHPA ( Partially Hydrolysed Polyacrylamide) for the last twenty years . 

By virtue of properties, PHPA has many more applications in oil and gas. 

  1. PHPA is known as a drilling fluid polymer . We have PHPA ( LT- stable at 110 0 C ) and PHPA ( HT- stable at 140 0 C ) for Mud composition .
  2. PHPA for water shut off job / relative modification– Here excess water formation at well sites reduces the oil recovery . Pumping of organically cross linked Gel at the target zone effectively reduces excess water . ( WS-106 & WS-140) so APAM/ SPAM are deployed for water shut off
  3. Enhanced Oil recovery: Polyacrylamides are very good mobility control agents . For tertiary recovery , Chemical EOR is an economical / environmental   accepted technology world wide . ( VK-7330) HPAM / SPAM are recommended as per reservoir matrix . 
  4. HTHP Fluid Loss control agent:  These are Sulfonated polymers recommended for High temp Fluid loss agents .  ( SP-154)
  5. Drag reduction Polymers-. Fracturing fluids are extensively used for shale / natural gas fracturing The slickwater fluids are employed to create fractures in the surface , Friction reducers are added to slick water to reduce the drag effect Polyacrylamides are standard friction reducers which exhibit drag reduction properties which arise from polymer elongation that dampens the turbulent vertices . ( DR-8400)
  1. Friction Reducers :– We have HPAM emulsions which work as Friction reducers to reduce the pressure in pipeline. 

We have a high end testing laboratory to conduct the performance testing as per ongc specs . 

We have all derivatives of HPAM/SPAM with high supply experience with ONGC and Private drilling companies .
